Warranty overview
Metal coverage depends on the precious metal your piece is made from. Every moissanite stone is covered for life:
- 925 silver: 2-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery
- 14K gold, 18K gold, and 950 platinum: Lifetime commercial warranty
- Every moissanite stone, whether loose or set: Lifetime warranty against chipping, breakage, clouding, or discoloration, regardless of the metal
This commercial warranty is an additional benefit and exists alongside your statutory consumer rights, which are described at the bottom of this page.
What is covered
The warranty covers workmanship issues arising under normal use, including:
- Stones falling out without a clear external cause
- Loosened or failed prongs
- Comparable structural issues caused by production
For covered issues, we will repair or replace the affected piece free of charge.
The moissanite stone itself is covered for life, regardless of the metal. If the stone ever chips, breaks, becomes cloudy, discolors, or otherwise no longer matches its original condition, we will replace it free of charge, whatever the cause.
What is not covered
The exclusions below apply only to coverage for the metal, setting, finish, and workmanship. The moissanite stone itself remains covered for life, as described above.
Normal wear and tear
- Minor surface scratches from everyday use
- Gradual changes to the metal surface over time
- Natural fading or dulling of the rhodium layer on silver or white gold. Silver and white gold jewelry are both rhodium-plated for a bright, polished finish. This layer can fade with regular wear over time. The underlying metal is always solid. Replating is generally available at local jewelry repair services.
Accidental and physical damage
- Drops, impacts, bending, or other physical damage caused by external force
- Chemical exposure, including cleaning products, chlorinated water, or harsh solvents
- Damage caused by natural events such as floods or fires
Misuse and negligence
- Misuse, gross negligence, or intentional damage
- Loss or theft
Third-party modifications
- Damage resulting from repairs, resizing, or modifications carried out by a third-party jeweler without our prior written approval
Third-party repairs and modifications
If an item is repaired, resized, or modified by a third-party jeweller without our prior written approval, the commercial warranty covering the affected metal, setting, finish, or workmanship is void. The lifetime warranty on the moissanite stone itself remains in force.
Before having any work done locally, contact us first. When we approve a specific jeweler in writing before the work is carried out, your warranty coverage may continue to the extent confirmed in that approval.
How to make a claim
- Enter your warranty claim here with a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos of the affected area.
- We will review the claim and confirm whether it falls within warranty coverage.
- Once approved, we will share return instructions and confirm the next steps.
For covered claims, repair or replacement is free of charge. Where mandatory law requires return shipping to be covered, it will be.
Your statutory rights
This commercial warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or limit any statutory rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.
Under Spanish law, consumer contracts concluded from 1 January 2022 carry a statutory guarantee of three years from the date of delivery. During the initial two-year period, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent is generally presumed to have existed at delivery. These rights apply independently of the commercial warranty described on this page.
If you believe a product is defective or does not match what you ordered, contact us here. Available remedies include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a return, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
