Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry design workspace

If you have a specific design in mind, a reference photo you keep coming back to, or an existing piece you want to modify, this page is for you. Custom jewelry is not just about getting something made. It is about getting it made exactly right, down to the details that matter most to you.

We know that custom buyers are not browsing for inspiration. You already have a vision.

What you need is a clear process, honest timelines, and a team that will execute on what you have approved. That is exactly what we offer.

How it works

3D jewelry design

Step 1: Share your vision

Send us your idea: a reference photo, a sketch, a written description, or a link to an existing design you want modified. Our team then creates a 3D render so you can see exactly what the piece will look like before production. If something is not quite right, we revise it. We do not move forward until you confirm the design matches your vision.

Step 2: Production in your chosen metal

After your approval, we produce the piece in the metal you have chosen. All 8 solid metal options are available for custom work: 925 silver, 14K solid yellow gold, 14K solid white gold, 14K solid rose gold, 18K solid yellow gold, 18K solid white gold, 18K solid rose gold, and 950 platinum. The same craftsmanship standards apply to every custom piece, regardless of your metal choice.

Quality inspection

Step 3: Quality check and shipping

Before your piece leaves us, we perform a quality check to confirm it matches the approved design and meets our highest standard. Shipping is free worldwide via DHL Express. Within the EU, delivery takes 24 hours. Worldwide, expect 2 to 3 business days. Your piece arrives in our premium FSC-certified wooden gift box.

Moissanite gemstone

What Is Possible

In practical terms, almost any design is achievable. We can work from a sketch, a photo of a vintage piece, a combination of references, or a completely original concept.

Custom moissanite stones are available in a practically infinite range of custom sizes. If you want a specific color of moissanite rather than our standard D colorless stone, we can source that for you.

You can also take any of our existing designs and modify them. You can change the setting style, adjust the band width, add or remove side stones, or alter proportions.

If you are unsure whether your specific idea is achievable, just ask. We will give you a direct answer. We do not take on projects we cannot execute well.

Timeline and Pricing

Custom pieces take longer than standard catalog orders. The 3D design phase adds time before production begins.

The overall timeline depends on design complexity, revision rounds, and your chosen metal. As a general guide, production for custom gold and platinum pieces takes 1 to 2 weeks from design approval.

Custom silver pieces take 2 to 3 weeks. The design, the metal, and the stone specifications determine the price.

We will give you a clear price before any work begins. To start the design process, we ask for a downpayment of €50 to €200 depending on the complexity of the design.

This amount is subtracted from the final price once production begins. There are no hidden costs that appear later in the process.

If timing is important to you, tell us your deadline when you reach out and we will be honest about whether it is achievable.

Exchange Terms for Custom Pieces

We do not offer full refunds on custom and personalized pieces, since we make them specifically to your approved design. However, exchanges and resizes are covered under our 90-day free exchange policy.

If your custom piece needs to be resized or if something does not meet the approved specification, we will work with you to make it right. Our production process and 3D approval step are specifically designed to prevent problems, but we want you to go into a custom order with accurate expectations.

Tell us what you have in mind. A photo, a sketch, a few sentences, or even a rough concept is enough to start.
