Our custom process is simple, transparent, and designed around your needs:

• Step 1 – Share Your Vision: Use the form below to describe what you’d like. Feel free to include images, sketches, or links — the more details, the better.
   
• Step 2 – Receive a Free Quote: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a tailored offer and price estimate. There’s no commitment — just inspiration.
   
• Step 3 – 3D Design Preview: If you accept the quote, we’ll begin crafting a detailed 3D design of your piece for only a €50 deposit. You’ll be able to review and request changes before production begins.
   
• Step 4 – Final Approval & Crafting: Once you approve the 3D design, you pay the remaining balance (minus your €50 deposit), and we’ll begin the magic.
   
• Step 5 – Delivery: Your custom jewelry will be ready and delivered in approximately 2–3 weeks.
