- These General Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between My Moissanite and the Buyer.

- We charge a non-refundable EUR 50.00 deposit for the CAD design process. This deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price if the Buyer proceeds with the order.

- Europe (In Stock): Order before 17:00 = next business-day delivery.

- Out of Stock: 1–2 weeks for most items, or 2–3 weeks for certain metals/finishes.
- Custom Orders: 1–3 weeks post-CAD approval.
- All stated delivery times are estimates and not binding. My Moissanite is not liable for delays.

Risk of Loss
- Risk of damage or loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
- For items valued over EUR 100, we insure the shipment. If the parcel is lost, we will bear the damage and arrange a new shipment.

Partial Shipments
- If multiple items are ordered, we may offer split shipments.
- For orders above EUR 500, partial shipments are free of additional charge.
- For orders below EUR 500, the Buyer may choose a split-shipment option at checkout for an additional fee of EUR 20–50, depending on location and shipping method.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

- Consumers have the right to return eligible Products within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable, unused condition (only reasonable inspection allowed).

- Custom Orders created via CAD design are not returnable.
- Engraved items that started as standard in-stock items are returnable if otherwise in new condition.

- The Buyer must inform us within 30 days of receipt if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping if they seek a refund. We will deduct any original shipping costs from the refund.
- If the Buyer requests an exchange instead of a refund, we cover the shipping for the exchanged Product (both ways, if applicable).

- Once the returned Product is inspected and approved, we will refund the purchase price (minus any applicable deductions for damaged packaging or shipping fees).
- If the Product itself is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund accordingly.
- If the packaging is damaged, we may withhold EUR 10–25 from the refund to cover replacement packaging.

- The right of withdrawal expires if the item shows signs of significant use (scratches, wear, etc.).

9. Custom Orders & CAD Designs

CAD Deposit
- A EUR 50 non-refundable deposit is required for CAD design work. This deposit is credited toward the final purchase price if the Buyer proceeds.
- If the Buyer does not proceed, the EUR 50 covers design time and is not refunded.

Non-Returnable
- Fully bespoke CAD-based items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective per our warranty policy.
10. Warranty & Repairs

Consumer Warranty
- We offer a lifetime warranty on all jewelry for Consumers covering material or manufacturing defects, such as loosening prongs or stones falling out without a clear external cause.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches or thinning over time), misuse or abuse (including exposure to harsh chemicals or physical damage), accidental damage, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by natural events such as floods or fires.
- If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This includes functional issues resulting from production flaws.

- For Business Customers, the warranty period is 1 year, if permitted by law.
- After this 1-year period, repair or replacement is at our discretion and may incur charges.

Procedure
- If a defect arises, the Buyer must contact us immediately at [email protected] with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.
- The Buyer must complete the Return and Repair Request Form to initiate a warranty claim. Once the claim is received and approved, we typically take 1–2 business days to process it.
- The actual repair or replacement may take several weeks, depending on the nature of the issue.
- We may offer the option for a recommended local jeweler to perform the repairs at our cost, provided we approve the quote beforehand.

Shipping Costs
- For the first warranty claim, we cover shipping costs in both directions.
- If additional warranty claims arise, shipping costs to and from our facility become the Buyer’s responsibility.
- A maximum of two warranty claims are allowed per item.

Exclusions
- My Moissanite is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the product’s purchase price.
- Items lost or stolen are not covered under the warranty.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters is excluded.

Additional Notes
- Items modified by third-party jewelers remain fully covered under our warranty if the modifications are carried out by a local jeweler recommended or approved by My Moissanite.
- The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser’s lifetime.
- Each replacement item issued under warranty also includes a lifetime warranty.
11. Product Authenticity & Quality

- We sell only precious metals (silver, gold, platinum) and genuine lab-grown moissanite stones in our standard stock.
- Any other stones are sold only as Custom Orders.
