Every piece is covered by our warranty against workmanship issues under normal wear, including loosened prongs or a stone coming out of its setting. Gold and platinum jewellery is covered for life. Silver jewellery is covered for two years. Every moissanite stone is covered for life, regardless of the metal. If it ever chips, breaks, or becomes cloudy, we will replace it free of charge. Free worldwide shipping with DHL Express on every order. In-stock orders placed before 17:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day, with next business day delivery within Europe and 2 to 3 business days to major destinations worldwide.
