Shipping Time

All orders placed before 19:00 are shipped on the same day, except for products that are out of stock. Orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking Shipment

Within 24 hours of dispatching your order, you will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track your order.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

My Moissanite is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. All costs imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (import duties, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard shipping:

Netherlands: Always free

Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg: €5 and free for orders over €200.

All other countries: €10 and free for orders over €300.

DHL Express:

For European and international orders, we also offer the option for DHL Express. This is by far the fastest delivery option worldwide. DHL Express delivers shipments throughout Europe the next day. International orders outside the EU take an average of 2-3 days for delivery.

DHL Express is free for international orders over €200. Below this, you pay the following rates:

Europe: € 20

United Kingdom: € 30

Worldwide: € 30

• In stock: Order before 18:00 = delivered tomorrow (on business days)

• Out of stock: 1-2 weeks

Delivery Time Europe

• In stock: Order before 17:00 = delivered tomorrow (on business days)

• Out of stock: 1-2 weeks

Delivery Time Outside Europe

• In stock: 2-3 days

• Out of stock: 1-3 weeks

How to check if a specific product is in stock:

• On a category page, set the product filter "stock status" to "in stock".

• On the product page, after selecting all possible attributes, a stock status appears above the "add to cart" button.
