Orders placed before 18:00 CET (Madrid time) on business days will ship the same day, provided the products are in stock. Orders placed during weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

We prioritize efficiency in our shipping process to ensure your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team carefully prepares each package, ensuring your precious items are securely packaged before dispatch.

Shipping Method - DHL Express

We exclusively use DHL Express for all shipments, offering superior speed, reliability, and premium service worldwide. Unlike DHL Parcel (also known as DHL eCommerce), DHL Express provides fast and dependable next-day delivery within Europe and 2-3 days internationally.

DHL Express offers several advantages for your jewelry delivery:

• Priority handling at all shipping points
• Full insurance coverage for your valuable items
• Signature confirmation upon delivery for added security
• Delivery time windows to ensure you're available to receive your package

Delivery Options & Flexibility

Within a few hours after dispatch, you'll receive an email from DHL Express containing your tracking details as well as flexible delivery options. DHL Express offers various delivery options to ensure your package arrives when and where it's most convenient for you:

• Specify delivery to your home or workplace
• Redirect to a secure pickup point if you won't be available
• Schedule delivery for a specific date within the delivery window
• Leave specific delivery instructions for the courier

You can manage these options directly through the DHL tracking link you'll receive after your order ships.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Customs duties only apply to orders that are shipped outside the European Union. For orders within the European Union, there are no additional costs. My Moissanite is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applicable to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe: Next business day delivery with DHL Express (if in stock and ordered before 18:00 CET).
   
• International (outside Europe): Delivery within 2-4 business days with DHL Express (if in stock and ordered before 18:00 CET).
   
• Out of Stock Products:
   
  • Silver items (standard production): Delivered within approximately 2-3 weeks.
     
  • Gold and platinum items, and silver items with express production: Delivered within approximately 1-2 weeks.

Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we monitor all shipments and will keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery timeline.

Partial Shipments & Accelerated Delivery

If your order contains a mix of items that are currently in stock and items that are out of stock, you will see an option for "Accelerated Delivery" on the checkout page, located near the other shipping options.

Selecting this option allows us to ship your in-stock items immediately, without waiting for the out-of-stock items to become available. This means you'll receive the products we have on hand much faster.

Please note that selecting this accelerated delivery option incurs an additional fee of €20 or similar currency for orders with a total value below €500. For orders totaling €500 or more, this service is provided free of charge. If you do not select this option, your entire order will ship together once all items, including those currently out of stock, are available.

Our outer packaging is discreet with no indication of the valuable contents inside, ensuring your privacy and security. Each piece comes in a premium gift box, perfect for presenting to a loved one or storing your jewelry safely.

Checking Product Availability

• On category pages, filter products by "stock status" set to "in stock", and include any additional options as necessary.
• On individual product pages, after selecting attributes, check stock status displayed above the "Add to Cart" button.
